Equilibrium has announced the appointment of Sean Molam as Head of Technology, joining the award-winning team in mid-December from Precedent where he was Technical Director, Asia Pacific.
A certified Sitefinity Solutions Developer and Microsoft Certified Professional, Mr Molam comes to Equilibrium with 17 years’ experience, international and local, specialising in business solution architecture, mobile applications and content managed websites.
Equilibrium Managing Director, Warren Gibbs said Mr Molam has a solid reputation for driving high quality digital outcomes.
“He’s passionate about emerging technology and using it to greatest advantage to achieve results that push the envelope in terms of efficiency and creativity.
“Sean is a great fit for Equilibrium and will only add to the depth of our digital talent.”
As Head of Technology Mr Molam will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, responsible for overall planning, organisation and execution of technical functions across Equilibrium’s impressive book of clients.
Mr Molam said, “It is no secret that Equilibrium is in pole position to become one of Perth’s best, full service digital agencies. On innovation and client work alone, Equilibrium is an exciting place to be.
“I’m thrilled to join the team and have an opportunity to share in this vision and play an active role in Equilibrium’s growth plan moving forward.”
Mr Molam’s appointment is part of a raft of recent strategic hires that will directly enhance the agency’s client facing service provision.
In late November Equilibrium appointed Sandra Borgomastro as Digital Account Manager.
A Curtin University graduate, Ms Borgomastro brings with her extensive experience in digital account management at flagship media organisations, Fairfax Media and Seven West Media.
“Our investment in our people will continue to ensure our capacity to develop class leading, digital products and campaigns for our clients.
“We seek out the best in terms of expertise and cultural fit: Sean, Sandra and Laura emphatically tick those boxes.
“It is heartening to say our clients have some of the best talent in the state driving their work, and to be closing out 2016 really strong. Plenty to look forward to in 2017,” said Mr Gibbs.
